General Information


NEW Drop off/Collection Times - From 1st January 2025


  • All arrivals between 12pm - 2pm.  
  • All collections between 8:30am - 10:30am.


Drop off/Collection Times - Bookings during 2024


  • We currently allow arrivals and collections between

       8:30am - 10:30am and 3pm - 5pm. 


  • If collection is before 10:30am then there is no charge for that day.  Collection during 3pm - 5pm will incur a late checkout charge.


Medication & Health Care


  • We will administer a guests medication when required.  If medical attention is needed we will contact the guests veterinary practice in the first instance or a local veterinary practice.  All guests are fully insured while they are staying with us.


  • We insist that every guest is fully vaccinated against Hepatitis, Distemper, Leptospirosis and Parvovirus.  Kennel Cough is advisable but not mandatory.  Primary vaccination courses and Kennel Cough (if given) must be administered at least 2 weeks prior to boarding arrival date.  No guest will be allowed to stay unless we have a copy of the above vaccination certificates on site as this is required by law.






Bookings & Cancellation


  • Due to limited availability a non refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. 


  • Bookings of less than 4 days may be charged a premium rate especially during peak holiday periods.


General


  • Please ensure your pets are on a lead on arrival and moving around the premises.


  • Our fees do not include food.  We ask that guests bring their own food/treats as changing a dogs diet is likely to upset their stomach.  Please ensure you specify any dietary requirements.


  • All apartments are fully cleaned regularly with a virucidal solution and fresh bedding is always on hand on arrival and throughout the stay.  If an owner wishes to bring bedding/a bed from home then that is encouraged. 


Exercise


  • Guests are exercised in our fully fenced paddock a minimum of 3 times per day on a one to one basis (or by dog family)  Exercise routines are individually tailored to meet the needs of each dog taking into account age and any health issues.  They are allowed to run free within the confines of the secure area whilst a member of staff is present unless you specify otherwise.



Remember to bring !


  • Copies of all mandatory vaccinations (Hepatitis, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus) to be supplied on arrival this is a requirement by law and we cannot accommodate your pet without them.


  • Fill in the registration form attached to your confirmation booking email or download a copy using the button below.  Please bring this with you.


  • The correct amount of food/treats for their stay and state any dietary requirements.  If a guest runs out of food we will endeavour to source same for which there will be an additional charge.


  • Your pets bedding/bed/lead/harness or favourite toy if you would rather supply these for the duration of your pets stay.  We have toys and generic extendable leads at the resort.
